The UV/LED Porcelain Top PNB is a semi-transparent, milky-white no-wipe top coat that lies between a classic transparent and an opaque white finish. The delicate "porcelain effect" resembles skim milk and gives the nail a well-groomed, elegant look – without additional layers of color.
